Learn how to freeze your enemy with pain by activating the Kyusho pressure pain points. The videos on this page demonstrate some of the ancient martial arts pressure points that will shock you. Called “Kyusho” points, or sometimes called ‘weakness points’, these nerve-based points in the body are well known ways to stop your attacker by causing agonizing pain after applying strikes or pressure to them – without injuring your opponent severely. This gives you time to escape. You can learn how to affect your opponent when you apply these pressure/pain points to them by training with a qualified and experienced sensei. Do not “play” with these points on a live training partner unless you know what you are doing. Also, some people do not feel pain and will not respond to pressure on these points, so don’t rely on them for all situations.
